🩺 1. What Is the MOH License for Nurses?

The MOH license (issued by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention) is a federal healthcare professional license required to practice nursing in many emirates in the UAE (outside Dubai’s DHA and Abu Dhabi’s DOH).

📚 2. Basic Educational & Professional Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN):
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years full-time) from a recognised college/university.
✔ Valid nursing license/registration in your home country (if applicable).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
✔ Positive DataFlow (PSV) verification of your documents.
✔ Maximum gap in practice typically ≤ 2 years (otherwise additional training/CPD may be needed).

Assistant Nurse:
✔ Diploma in Nursing (at least 18 months) — usually with clinical training.
✔ Works under the supervision of an RN and cannot practice independently.

💡 Note: Fresh graduates may be allowed to apply without experience, but many employers and registration rules prefer some clinical exposure before exam eligibility.
